Send a custom message to your customers. Numbers that texted STOP are always skipped, and a "Reply STOP to opt out" line is added automatically. Messages go out in batches from your one number (~1/sec), so a large list takes a few minutes — keep this tab open until it finishes.

Each deal in the log is a fixed lot (volume @ price); liftings draw down the oldest lot first. Customers can text POSITION to get this summary by SMS.

One-time welcome text (sent from Manage Customers)
Sent once per contact. Must let them opt in/out. Placeholders: {firstName} {company}
The system reads 1 = opt in, 2 = opt out, and honors STOP/START automatically.
Alerts & Recipients
Three alert types: Market (NYMEX moves down past threshold, repeats while down 6am–10pm ET),
Lot/Risk (every time daily sales cross a hedge-lot threshold),
Deal (every confirmed deal). Pick per recipient below.

Customer Market Alerts
On a down move (same threshold above), also text your customers — by tier — a heads-up to check spot offers. Goes to opted-in customers only, on its own cadence, and always includes STOP. {cents} is filled with the move size.
Tiers:
Max frequency per customer (minutes)
Send from (ET hour)
Send until (ET hour)
24-hour ET clock (e.g. 7 = 7am, 20 = 8pm). "Until" is exclusive — 20 means the last alert can land in the 7pm hour, none at/after 8pm. Customers get no market-alert texts outside this window.
Customer message (use {cents} for the move size)
Alert Recipients
Each recipient picks which alerts they receive. Only admin and trader roles can manage recipients.
Customer Pull Offers
Let customers text in to request a live offer (e.g. "PRICE"). The system asks which product/terminal
(from what they're tagged for), then quotes only if prices are fresh and the pool has volume.

Pricing Method (push & pull)
Movement % prices off pass-through of the NYMEX move (below). Target margin prices to hit a set ¢/gal — offer = rack + move − (base margin − target), so even on a flat market the customer sees a discount of (base − target). Target is in the same ¢ units as your Excel base margin. Push and pull are independent.

Pass-Through % by Tier (pull offers) — used in Movement mode
When the market is down/flat, pull offers price by the customer's tier for the product/terminal they pick. When the market is up, everyone gets the "Market-up %" (default 100, so we don't eat the rise). Manual push offers still use the sidebar pass-through.

Tier 2 % (mkt down)
Tier 3 % (mkt down)

Market-up % (all tiers)
Pull Hours (Eastern)
Per day, list open windows as HH:MM-HH:MM, comma-separated for multiple. Leave blank = closed. 24-hour time. Outside these hours a pull request gets a "desk closed" reply.
Low-Pool "Last Call" Nudge
When a booking drops a terminal + product pool below the threshold, text a scarcity nudge to opted-in customers tagged for that product/terminal (excluding whoever just bought and anyone who already bought it today). Fires once per pool per day, on the crossing only, and never on a fully-allocated pool. Off by default.

Internal Team & SMS Commands
Add your team's mobile numbers so the system recognizes them (not as customers).
Admin can text STATUS (desk snapshot), PRICE (live Tier 1 pricing), or PAUSE / RESUME (PIN required, e.g. PAUSE 4827).
Sales can text STATUS or PRICE (no PIN needed for either).

Booking correction window (min)
After booking, a customer can text MISTAKE to void, CHANGE <gal> to fix the amount, or re-send YES <gal> — within this many minutes. Your team is notified of every correction. Set 0 to disable. Default 10.
